Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions:
- A manufacturing defect
- Incorrect order fulfillment
Please contact our Customer Service to request an exchange. All items are inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure quality.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Cancellation:
- If the item has been used or misused
- If the security seal is removed upon receipt
- If the product is consumed or used
- Returned without original packaging, price tags, or if tampered with
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled after they have been completed and approved by the customer due to the nature of the product (gold), which cannot be canceled in the system.
- Pickup orders from the branch cannot be canceled after arrival and the designated pickup window has passed.
- Exchanges to another gold bar are not allowed after payment.
Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Items
In case of a factory defect or incorrect product (excluding misuse), you may request an exchange. Conditions for exchange:
- Return the product in its original condition and complete packaging.
- Once inspected and the defect verified, it will be exchanged immediately.
Custom-Design Orders
Name engraving or custom-design orders cannot be canceled once confirmed by the customer.
